Delivery Information
We are proud to offer free delivery on all your orders in France, Corsica and Monaco, without compromising on the quality of delivery. Delivery in Europe is assured by the Colissimo service and by the French Post Office.
Average Delivery Time
Order processing times can vary between 2 to 5 days. This time is for the verification of your order, the verification of the quality of the products and their packaging. Then you have to add the shipping time of your item, which will usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Info Covid-19: We have added an additional sanitary protocol to our production line, as well as to our order processing line. We have also spoken with our partners to ensure that all sanitary conditions are met and we do our utmost to deliver as quickly as possible.
Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 days
Do you deliver Internationally ?
Currently, we deliver to most of the territories in the European Union, as well as to the overseas territories. We also deliver to our Swiss friends! Delivery times vary depending on the territory.

Do you provide follow-up information?
We have set up a system so that you can track your order at any time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate email notification for each shipment.
Will the package be delivered against a signature?
Packages delivered by standard delivery will be delivered to you by hand or to your letterbox.
Cancellation of an order in progress
We are generally unable to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, it is possible!
It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to stock sales. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend that you try to place your order again or join our waiting list for the sold out item.
To ensure your safety, we take extra steps to verify your order details. If you receive a cancellation notice, please contact Customer Services for more information.
Change of delivery address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address indicated when the order was originally placed.
